My decision for becoming an investor is bigger than having a fancy lifestyle. I want freedom to be present for my kids the way I want to without being concerned about points. I want to own my time. There’s a certain type of education I want my kids to have that neither public or private school will give them. I want to stop living paycheck to paycheck. I want to be a blessing to others. I just want better.
With that mentality, it’s out here for you sis! I wish you powerful blessing as you continue to create your reality!!

Yes! It takes hustle and creativity but it can be done. I did it the wrong way and waited until I had $20k. Wish I started earlier! With a decent amount of money in the bank though, investing does become way easier.

Hi Jamel! QUESTION: The market I’m in, in IL only allows Real Estate Investors to purchase one wholesale deal. After that you have to have a Real Estate Broker License. What options do you recommend to get started in Real Estate investing without having to go the route of becoming a Real Estate Agent in this area/market? Thank you for your answer in advance. How do you set up a real estate business? Do you need to form an LLC?
Great question... I'll probably end up doing a video on this because there's too much to explain. In a nut shell (without giving legal advice), I started started without an entity. After my first few deals, I set up an entity. Talk to your attorney and accountant for more info.

Love the content and new to real state investing.... status at this time is just doing some research preapproval is done.... but down payment is high at 25% property is 299K multi fam currently 3 units on it... 2 bedroom 1 bath per unit. 25% of that is close to 90k dond and i dont want/ couldnt start this high of a down payment.
Plus the interest rate at this time is running at 8.27% . Rental in the area is 1200 for 2 bedrooms.
Any investor here please advise on how do i get into this deal
