    Great video! I like the concept that a bunch of simple movements can be combined to become something very impressive! Also, it's all the coolest-looking parts of martial arts without having to learn the boring parts! I was wondering: are real targets ever used in tricking? Maybe just for training purposes?

      Thanks! Yeah that's the idea! Small parts that make something awesome.
      Real targets are usually used for tricking kick battles and yes, for training.
      When you are actually tricking, it helps to spot a "target" so that you can extend fully towards it and make your kick look better.
