Please do a video on Draft2Digital ! I don't see one on your list. Ingram Spark seems so nightmarish. NO support, and an interface about as complex as the cockpit of an F-35.
Very true...........they have caused me so many problems and delays, I can't believe it. Waiting 3 1/2 weeks for a copy of my third book for review, then there were problems, now I have been waiting another 3 weeks and it is still in the print process, although I paid for upgraded service. Book is a month past the date promised to readers and LofC and IS just sends one form email after another. The worst.
I have about 8 books listed on Draft2 Digital. Perhaps in the future I will create a video.
I’ve never had an issue with Ingram but appears the customer experience is much more different in Australia than it is in other parts of the world.
the home screen for global self publishing that came up does not have a KDP beginners button , old/new website? I need to follow the bouncing ball for now as this is all new to me. What do I do now please ?
