CS2 is pretty much the same game, about hitreg you always hear that from people who can’t accept they’re not S1mple or whatever.
I don't know why this statement made me tear up. It made me imagine myself.
I used to get over 120 fps in csgo but now i get only 30-40 fps in Cs2

You won’t be able to use skins after Jan 1 because the servers won’t be supporting an old version of the game which nobody plays anymore. That’s not so hard to read.
That means we will have to rely on mods for skins.

I recommend you to check optimization videos to improve the fps, like optimization for csgo and also for windows itself, those combined can make a noticable difference, if you haven't already
In past I would never think that I'll say that I miss CS:GO.

In my opinion (a dream that will never come true) I want Valve to release Counter Strike Global Offensive as a standalone game with no official servers but community ones, just like with 1.6 and others. I think GO is too important to just keep hidden away in the Counter Strike 2 files, it had a goddamn legacy man!

They made so many stupid desidions for CS, but removing CS-GO is the biggest one they will ever make. They killed the entire game

as of this morning, i played a 5v5 with bots with me and a buddy. to do it, go to the csgo beta and then click the trade with player button if the person u wanna play with is on the beta too. once that is done, then just boot up a bot game and enjoy

this is the main reason why i will play cs source. I hate new ak spray, i cant aim from awp as good as i was. I dont want to start again, to learn these new mechanics of guns. I just dont have so much free time as i used to have when i was younger. I want to just play and have fun by winning the game and not to just getting killed every single round cuz i dont know new mechanics and how guns shoot in new cs2. My pc is strong enough to have 200+ fps in cs2 but… I just want to have fun, and not to continue learning new mechanics. Rest in peace CS:GO. 😢😢❤
I don’t know if you already know but CSS has a completely different spray pattern from CSGO so you will have to learn it anyway.
AWP is also different.
@@PotentialGrim i played cs source so much when i was younger. So i know how guns work there. Then i moved to cs:go. My first cs was cs 1.6, then source and then cs:go.
They have 2 options either:they need to add more updates or bring cs go back if the game is dying alot

I was so excited for CS2 but after I finally updated, I wasn't even getting decent fps on the main menu 💀. After playing on my friend's laptop, I find CS2 is really good with shaders and graphics quality but CS:GO mechanics were a lot better. They also removed the ding (kill sound) effect from the game. On my pc, i usually got easily 60+ fps on 720p low which is really good considering my low-end pc and now I can't even get a smooth main menu in CS2. I will really miss CS:GO, it gave me soo many memories :(

Counter-Strike is still playable, and people still enjoy it. When CS:GO dropped, it wasn't as good, and people didn't want to switch. Now CS2 drops, and CS:GO is better still. (Atm, hopefully it does get updated the same way CS:GO has.) BUT, when they made CS:GO good enough, players finally went to it. CS2 FORCING us to play their game, is kinda stinky. Like, I can play CS1, but I can't play CS:GO?? How about I decide to play CS2 once Valve finally fixes it enough?? How about that???
And like, their reasoning is that with everyone on 2 they can get it to glorious status much quicker, well the updates are already slowing, and they still haven't changed very basic, 1 week fixes. Why do I have to make custom binds to remove Sub-tick nonsense from bhopping? Why are jump throws still not as intended? Why is there no Bob or Left hand? These changes should have come 'so much quicker' because everyone is forced on CS2?????
Rant over. CS:GO will be one of the greatest games of all time, FOR all time!

All the people i use to play cs go with dont even play cs2 anymore or they play every once in a while and even then just 1 match or 2 and set their status to offline mode. 😢

bro i used to get more than 180 fps to 200 with gtx 650 i took a break for a year came back about 2 weeks ago and its sad to see gtx 650 isnt very playable anymore on cs2 i cant get more than 40 fps when all settings are on low
I remember getting 100+ fps on csgo at 1080p ultra settings
cs2 was ok but now I can't get the usual fps at ultra settings and instead have to low every single graphic setting and resolution at 720p to get at least 70 fps

i didnt play cs:go often but I did play it occasionally but my pc cant run cs 2
ya still can play it in comunity servers just pick beta version in cs2 properties and when u in game open server browser with console command :D

I don't play CS:GO but even I miss it
i really miss CS:GO i could play CS2 in the beginning and it felt like they were trying to fix the game, but i got really frustrated with the game, since they had like 5 updates for stickers, but can't get the gameplay right or add bob or righthand... and with every update the performance of the game got worse, from around 150 to 50 fps (in gunfights and when there are smokes on the ground, even as low as 20 fps...)
Those updates were like 300 mb each, literally nothing. Adding lefthand would be broken as it was in CSGO, about performance that’s on you lol

I get why they have to replace GO with 2 though, to prevent the player base split.

not when most of pcs in this world cant run it with more than 30fps any computer with integrated graphics or a 3070 good luck getting more than 30fps without making the game look horrible
