Pirates hijack the UVB-76 transmission at 4625 kHz with (reversed) spectrogram text,UVB-76 is speculated to be transmitted by the Russian military. A spectrogram is a visual representation of the spectrum of frequencies in an RF waterfall as they vary with time.
