Nimby unite!! My argument has always been that if you live next to a public park there is inherent risk that people might actually use the park for legitimate activity. You can't just always assume the park will remain minimally used just because it has been in the past. The bigger the stink you make over it the more people are aware of the "issue" and the more it will erode your home value.

She doesn't actually care about the "Kids". She's just mad about the noise, which I understand. I play pickleball regularly and it should be a decent distance from homes.

This is not really a safety issue as much as it is a annoying sound to listen to for hours on end. I know I would not want to hear that crap all the time , I would be going off like Larry O'donnell did with the hammering ... 🤣😂🤣🤪
