That man in the first dilemma was an opportunist , he didn't add anything to her life. She even said that she was able to handle her bills when she was living on her own, she is better off on her own.
That's not true she wanted cheap rent and she got cheap rent, he didn't lie he told her what she wanted to hear

Finally!🥳 I've really been refreshing my CZcams😅
My wife and I have totally made Valentine's Day our own. It's a great excuse/reminder to not only set a date night, but also a yearly reminder to evaluate whether we're having enough date nights the rest of the year.
(We have a 4yr old. Date night is occasionally dinner when family babysits, but usually takeout and a movie at home then we fall asleep on the couch haha)

Okay 😂😂😂😂 that was such a funny ep !!! I love how you could tell the boys were a lil uncomfortable at first but then more and more they relaxed !!! I laughed through the whole thing !
Now here is what that mortgage paying rent lady should do. Ask him to draw up a 1 year lease agreement specifying she is paying to have her own room and bathroom with unrestricted access to the common areas and utilities in the house. Next she should stop buying groceries for the house and make it known that what she buys is just for her and her can't have any without permission. Utilities can still be split. Once all of that has been agreed upon, signed and notarized, she should break up and find someone else to blow her back out loudly because that man is using her to save for the woman he wants to marry, she is not his girlfriend she is his savings plan.

The dilemma 😮….he’s manipulative and definitely planned this. He likely has a lot more money than he’s let her know but is just stingy. If the relationship ends, she should look at her recourse to recoup some of the money, as cohabiting and her making the full mortgage payment may give her a beneficial interest in the property.
…and I bet he hasn’t been treating her more with all of the extra money in his pocket!

I have a Valentine's Day horror story. It happened this year.
I was talking with a woman for a few days and we agreed on having a first date on 15th February. I decided to reschedule it on the 14th because my favorite team will play on the 15th. Besides, it will make my first Valentine's date ever. I planned a nice restaurant, flowers and jewelry. We arrived a the restaurant, started to small talk and when I was about to read the menu, she noticed my ring on my left ring finger. Keep in mind I'm not married not in a relationship, I just like to wear a ring as part of my outfit like my watch. She didn't believe me while I certified I was single and it would make no sense to cheat on someone as it's against my values. I'd rather die than cheat. She left less than five minutes after sitting down. I've never felt so humiliated in my life and I feel like not trying to date anymore.
But Fuhad is way BETTER looking than Burna Boy💀 IMO
