Partey is the key player. In the tactics set out by Arteta no other player in the squad can do his job. Maintaining his fitness should be priority one.
Ramsdale Saliba Partey Xhaka Jesus, the entire spine is irreplaceable atm, no one from the bench can replace them without bringing the team down a notch.

Martinelli could cover Jesus with either Nelson or Smith-Rowe(when fit) at LW, Xhaka could be replaced by Elneny. Again, it's not gonna be the same quality, but the tactics can remain intact as long as Partey is bossing the midfield. And it's the tactics and ability to execute them that is essential to this early season success
