Scenes from Bahnhof Basel SBB, one of Switzerland's busiest railway stations. Services to all major centres of Switzerland and in neighbouring countries France, Germany & Italy commence from or call at this architecturally impressive station. The platforms (30-35) at the western end of the station where local and inter-city trains to France is formally known as Basel SNCF, though not all French destined trains use these platforms as is seen in this programme where TGV's call at the main SBB platforms.

Is the locomotive at 22:09 on standard gauge? I always thought they operated on 1,067 mm gauge
