Then why should that same faulty constitution should be in place even now?...what's the solution for it?..there is no answer for this in our constitution.....if the constitution itself is punishing the innocent because of just prepared and human doctored evidences then where will the lay man or common poor Citizens will go for justice?...this is why Ambedkar himself wanted to burn this constitution first since the constitution can be handled and implemented officially in an unethical and inhuman manner according to the fortunes and political benefits of political parties and individuals at power.....this is what is happening even today.....I strongly believe that for today's all undemocratic acts and unethical and inhuman behaviour which are happening in India by both political parties,persons and beaurocrats are all because of this implementation of faulty constitution....that is why we common Citizens could not able to do anything fruitfully against all these evils since we doesn't have any power at all except for voting that too once in 5 years.....so for 5 years we should digest all these inhuman and unethical and undemocratic acts and even if we vote alternatively after 5 years then there is no guarantee that even that alternative power will act democratically,ethically or humanely.....if the alternative power also go in a wrong way then for that also we dont have any power to change for the other next 5 years....so for other 5 years also we need to digest....so this keeps repeating as a cycle....therefore no productive change will happen unless this faulty constitution is replaced with modern world dynamic constitution which suits this generations challenges and advances.....but this never will happen in our country since that change also must be brought by the political party and political persons in parliament and assemblies which they will never do to put sand on their own head....so it's a biggest curse on our country and democracy and republic....
