बहुत ही अच्छी जानकारी आपने दी है । मेरे पिताजी का देहांत हो चुका है । उनके बैंक खाते में छोटा भाई नॉमिनी है । पिताजी की मृत्यु के बाद भाई ने उनके एकाउंट से पूरी रकम निकाल ली, खाता बंद करवा दिया । मैंने थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई तो पुलिस द्वारा यह कह दिया कि नॉमिनी को ही पैसा मिलता है, फिर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की । तीन अलग अलग वकीलों से बात की तो उन्होंने भी कोई बेहतर जवाब नहीं दिया । कोर्ट केस फाईल करने पर भी यही जवाब न मिल जाये कि वो नॉमिनी है तो पूरा पैसा उसे ही मिलेगा । कृपया बताएं केस दर्ज करें तो किन बातों का ध्यान रखें 🙏
