Moonwood Mill is a small world with only five lots, but there are lots of cool secrets and features, as well as two bases for the Wildfangs and the Moonwood Collective werewolf packs. While small, it's one of the most interactive worlds out there, my only wish is that there were a few more lots.

I somehow managed to befriend Greg (probably because of the max good reputation or and the aspiration that let’s be befriend faster other sims ) but it’s amusing to see what Greg has to say when you ask him about moonwood mill
What'd he say?
“You will see a bunch of signs that say keep out. Obviously we’re going to keep going.” 🤣😂🤣
It's also useful to know that Vampires have Night Vision by default, as they are creatures of the night. This means they can see more in the tunnels than all other life states by default.
If you have C&D installed, you can also find pet balls in the tunnels. With Cottage Living canned goods can be found too.
The grilled luna fish can also be learned from the Diary (and as can the petal punch). You can also earn the grilled luna fish recipe by eating it from someone else who's cooked it.
For the tunnels, there's a couple of things i've found that might be useful:
1) You can often get collectibles from them, and also stuff like drinks, trash, camping chairs (I have the Outdoor living pack) and the telescope
2) While this is not a guarantee, I've noticed a trend that if I enter a tunnel opening, pick one option (that's not "fresh air") from the three options and then after completing that story get another option of "fresh air", you're more likely than not to find a new exit
3) You will not be able to find the exit of, say, the bar's tunnel unless that lot is loaded, and the same is true for if you place the object on your own lot
4) Sometimes you will (at least as a werewolf, and it seems decently rare unlike the "magical melody", "garlic" and "debris") catch the scent of a "bygone era". Assuming you have vampires installed, that will dump you in Forgotten Hollow (though there's no exit back, as far as I've found)
And completely unrelated, I have decided. I will play someone that cycles through Mermaid, Werewolf, Vampire, Spellcaster (with one storyline for each). So the Mermaid needs to clean Sulani, the Werewolf complete the Cure Seeker aspiration, the Vampire complete either Good Vampire or Master Vampire (need to think) and the Spellcaster probably the Potion aspiration. Each of the occults (with the exception of Mermaid) will also need to have become the highest rank of their type, and the Vampire needs to have Vampire Lore 15.
Yes, I was very surprised when my sim popped out in Forgotten Hollow.
@@lorriehicks7156 I'd been expecting the RoM world, though considering it was built during the war with the vampires (and tunnels under Forgotten Hollow actually being mentioned if you ask the right person) I should probably not have been as surprised as I was =)
Thank you for sharing all those additional tips Marie :) You are a queen!

Great video, Petey ❤️ Helped a lot! I didn't know I could eat the flower and reset my powers, I don't want all of my werewolves to live forever haha
I really enjoy watching your channel and wait for your upload of new information. I also go back to this channel to refresh my memory if haven’t played certain things for a while.Thank you.
Awe shucks thank you for the kind comment chilean :). Really appreciate it!
Petey; I’ve just come across your channel, and i wanted to thanks for all your videos and guides. They’ve helped me discover lots of gameplay I didn’t even know existed, and helped give new life to parts of my game that were very tired. Keep up the good work!
Awe shucks thank you so much Scott! I really appreciate the kind words and support. Makes me so happy!
My werewolf sim gets angry every time she read… so I’m very glad this video exists so o can finally learn some more secrets
Consider applying this hidden trait. CTRL ALT C to show the cheats bar top left corner. Then activate "testingcheats true".
"traits.equip_trait speedreader"
It makes reading faster so books can still be accomplished and it might lower the fury rate.
Hey Petey! Love the video and I would love to see a want I to see a pack refresh. It would be really interesting to see others views because I think in discover universities they should of adding an active university classes and made it more fun for the player than just waiting for a few minutes whilst there sim is in class. And now we are getting a high school we should have a better way to apply to university like a class that can work well with the pack so they can give you advice or if people don’t have the pack, they can get a career advice class instead.
Ooh thanks for the cool idea Hannah! I could potentially see myself doing that in the future, definitely for a few of the packs. I am so happy that Spa Day got a much needed refresh as it's a much much better pack now!
I bought this expansion after watching Wednesday. That show has kindled my interest in the supernatural.
I LOVE the purple stamp you put on the white werewolf’s forehead!!
Thanks for creating this video. I don't have the pack as yet, but very helpful on info for the world.
Thanks so much for the kind comment Soul! :)
its on sale now if u dont have it yet
Yay thanks Petey!
Honestly, finding the relics was a fun and frustrating experience. I spent irl days and many sim days digging around for a single shard only to find out it wasn’t even rare. Yeah, I wasn’t happy 💀
seu canal é o melhor do youtube ❤
I just discovered your channel. I'm really enjoying the videos and discovering new things.
Hooray :) I am so glad that you're liking the content Kizzy. Thank you for the kind words!
D-did you say portal potties? Haha, love the channel keep up the good work
I'm having trouble finding all the books and magazines. Are they all in the library and is there a place where you can buy them or at least find them while scavenging?
So far I found them through scavenging and are quite easy to find. Not sure about the library but you're welcome to check it out
Most of them can be found by exploring the tunnels, scavenging and sometimes fishing. There is one magazine and one book that are a pack member special, but i’m not sure if they have any important info. I’m quite sure that there is a higher chance of finding them near the Lunvik lake deck for some reason. Also, the enhanced smell ability is pretty useful, since your sim can smell the ground and maybe have a better chance of finding a book/collectible
@@marraaaa yeah I found Greg's diary at my home. Was confused about that but eh...more for my collection
The library does have books. However, you can buy werewolves books on a computer under books, too. I recommend buying the children books, also. Once you join a pack, you will receive only one copy of Bark magazine and a weekly supply of jerky bites in the mail. Also, if you have the advanced smell perk, you can scavenge for artifacts and books. I found Greg's diary this way. It's all so much fun! I hope that helps.
@barbiquearea make sure you buy the "enhanced smell" perk for your werewolf. That's the best way to find rare books. Once you have that perk, click anywhere on the ground as select "smell here". Your werewolf will then start sniffing around. Soon you will see green wisp of smoke coming off the ground near your werewolf. Make your werewolf scavenge the ground in that spot where the smoke is. You will likely find a rare book or artifact. I have my werewolves do this all the time and they often end up with multiple copies of Greg's diary and the History of Moonwood Mill and many other things. I usually keep one and sell the rest.
Great vid Pete. I just got the expansion pack and lol my werewolf is tearing the place apart. I got her to bite the whole town. Can my nice Sim buy cures for all the bitten Sims ?
YASSSSSS
Gregarious is a grumpy hero
Can u got wolf books by cheats ?
How did you get the shelf to display all those moonwood figurines...
You can find it in build/buy mode
after watching this video i am going to do all of these things.. woo
the map could have been better not much choice of homes to live in and not much choice to build houses on and the werewolf ability could have been better once they transform it's very difficult to keep control of them it would be much easier to give the werewolf a dog collar and leash
Still wish this neighborhood had at least 8 lots
where did you find the books?
U can buy them like without her books also fishing and tunnels (not sure about tunnels or fishing it feels like it tho)
