So I purchased a used GTX and it has sat in my garage for 6 months. its completely empty with no ink. I went to plug it in and it will not power on. The temperature in my garage is maybe 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Can you help me with this problem, and where can I get a new usb card to install on the unit. Mine is damaged.

I had the same problem and I called a technician y told me to reduce that problem I had to enclose the underneath and I add a dehumidifier and in my case the temperature it was an issue as well so I added a little heather under there too and that stop the issue

Yeah if humidity and temperature out of range then it will run more frequent.

I set Highlight at 5 and Mask 3 for all t-shirts. For thicker materials I increase highlight to 6. Thats' all. Other settings don't touch.

Hi, I'm also have that machine, did you always on that machine everyday? Sometimes I not using it on 2 weeks but I'm always running it for white ink circulation everyday, but I noticed my white ink decrease. It's seem wasted for me, eventhough I'm not using it... Any suggestions for saving white ink

No we don't switch it off cause we use them everyday. If you're not printing volume then this machine not suitable for you. It will run cleaning every 6hrs. Best is to switch it off if you're not using then but not for too long.
