My problem is that my PS4 won’t turn on, not that the image isn’t displayed on the monitor as many of your fixes were for.
I think one can happen without the other. I don’t even have to have my console plugged on the tv for me to try and test if it will turn on or not. Unfortunately, none of your suggestions worked 😞

Bro, I tried everything. The disc maneuver, unplugging everything, but they all didn't work ;(. But then I unplugged the power cord out of my wall, inserted it into my power strip and voila! It worked! Thanks a lot dude.

Honest review from 12:34 am est... Unplugged PS4 by accident and then realized so gave it a min or 2. Plugged it in and nothing. Searches online and found this. Never thought to check if I plugged the wrong cord in strip. You said check your cables, I did and bam solution. Cable was behind PS4 and never realized it wasn't it.
