That looks awesome. Would you say using the korg sq might make the patterns more tweak-able live on the spot?
Whats wired into the sq please? And ive got a behringer ms101 would it connect the same? (Bearing in mind the ms101 built in sequencers been beefed up somewhat more useable)
    Thanks

Hello, I will talk about the SH-101 only, since I never tried the MS-101. The SQ-1 has definetly more features than the sequencer of the SH-101, different modes, "on the fly" pattern modifications (add/mute/delete : steps/slides. Reverse, random), however it is limited to 16 steps / notes at the maximum, which is less than SH-101's sequencer. Let's say it's a good alternative to the original sequencer, for those who like 70's synthesizer's equipments. On this video, there are only the 2 classical wires : Control Voltage / gate. To me the main negative point is the power supply through USB (noisy when connected to a computer).

@@marinerecords58corshagwen thank you for the info. I think the ms101 basically replicates the originals sockets but adds a few more features like usb and full midi etc. the sequencer has been modded so has more functions and ‘live’ features. Theres also an FM filter/ oscillator to make for some rather crunchy leads!!!
