Bakugo being angry was just him being him and Monoma would've probably gotten kidnapped if Class 1B was attacked during the first villian attack + focused on class 1b. The Stain shiz was just Iida being Iida, didnt do anything to UA. Midoriya leaving didnt change much, since the people would've hated him if he stayed. I thought his quirk was more like the discipline Victissitude from Vampire: the Masquerade. It's an ability that lets you sculpt flesh and bone like clay.
If Seiji doesn't end up joining the League of Villains at some point and really giving the UA heroes something to worry about, it'll be a huge waste of potential. His Quirk is super OP and interesting (he has the potential for infinite regeneration if he can train himself to stay conscious through catastrophic damage, and he ends fights with one touch), and he's *definitely* not heroic himself. He comes across as a wannabe hero, I think, because he's secretly a closeted *villain* who can't admit it to himself yet. It's only a matter of time before someone with his level of power and arrogance decides to force their will on the world. Here's hoping Horikoshi lets Seiji live up to his potential.
