Thank YOU Grand.Master.I have your book and was.practicing seriously .then I had a terrible fall and resulted on surgery on my right hand and nerve damage since May 2021 Im feeling better.the doctors say I will make a.full recovery so I will get back to my Yoga Salutations this week Prayimg my right hand is ready I still have pain everyday bit it is less I believe it will lessen as I do my YOGA with you Namo Adesh
