    Guru ji, please tell about the variation of this mudra where alternate hand is moved forward and backward. Is that just a variation or is it completely wrong?     Pranam sir, meri mummy 75 years ki he unko constipation ki problem he, dawai se bhi frk nhi padhta he , wo is age me exercise bhi nhi kar sakti he, kya is mudra ko karne se unko achha labh hoga mummy ko high bp bhi he high bp wale bhi is mudra ko kar sakate he ?? aur ye mudra let kar bhi kar sakte he?? kyunki mummy ko jyada der baithne se weakness rhti he aur kamar me drd hota he , jyadatar wo leti rhti he please help me
