That extra oomph of the senton and the extra handling of the sc10 really shows though i feel like you got a little excited and started just steering all over the place lol. Great race
Those drag races at the start were awesome. Seems like the SC10 torque steers a lot compared to the senton. Can something in setup be changed to help that? If the SC10 was still on 2S in this video then that is crazy performance. Think I might have just found my first RC car thanks!

@gwr3845 I'm not sure how available the parts support there is, but I will improve as team Associated is under horizon Hobby, I think it will pick up there soon.

Nice race! Can't go wrong with the Senton. I have been looking at drones with a 'follow me' mode for those kind of shots, but they are all so expensive! 😁
In the case of that type of chase footage, you'd want a drone that someone would fly. Follow me features on even an expensive drone might crash it or lose track at those speeds with that many obstacles around. But it would be awesome if a drone could do that on that level without a pilot.
I’m looking at getting a SCT to start racing at a local outdoor track. I really like these two and the Losi. Does the center diff give you that much more of an advantage on the race track? I’m brand new to the RC game only been in at three months. I currently have the Arrma Vorteks BLX 4x4 3S. But would really like to pick up a short course truck to try my hand at racing. I’m guessing I couldn’t go wrong with any of the three or is there one in particular that you would recommend? Thank you.
Very true, I love mine. I actually started this channel with the Senton 3s so it will always be special to me. If I had to pick between the Senton or the SC10 forever, it would be a really tough choice to make. I might go Senton because of my history with it, but I might also flip a coin because they are both so good, so tough, and both have so much value for the cost. They only differ in 2 ways, the Senton is faster out of the box, and the SC10 handles better in turns, the Senton runs a slipper clutch since it's a pure basher, the SC10 runs a center diff since it's a basher born from a racing truck. Otherwise they are almost the same, and both are so darn GOOD!
@@Rek_Rc My first rc was the 3s Big Rock V3. Then I picked up the Typhon 3s. Then almost the entire 3s line because they share so many parts. They all drive so differently it makes it seem like a new rc.

What a nice comment! I'll be on camera more in upcoming videos, it's just the last few videos were filmed out of sequence and basically started while in progress so they didn't start or end in the garage. But that's coming back and I genuinely appreciate your comment.
Because the pro 4 corners better, so you can get on the throttle sooner and harder before you can the Senton which you sort of need to "aim" before pinning the throttle.

I was a little worried about the drone in the dark, but Tado says the visibility in the goggles wasn't nearly as dark as it actually was outside.

Yes, just a bit stiffer diff fluid in the center diff would cure it, or a gyro.

All those trucks are tip top and they all have something they are great at.
If you use a spektrum radio for your vehicles . The mojave has a reciever ready and telemetry esc. Senton doesn't, it's slt with non telemetry esc
