If you have had the survey done, clear the property line the best you can and put up a barbed wire fence and paint the tops of the posts purple. Then put up “warning landmines” signs

Yea, I'm gonna take your advice and get a couple of cans of purple spray paint and start marking all the trees along the boundary lines, at least that will cover my butt and prevent people from taking down all my No Trespassing signs. I'm also going to start fencing in different pastures this fall once the vegetation dies back.

Hope you get all that crap sorted, we had a similar thing from the other side here. I live near a historical manor in the UK that has both private land and nearby public land. We had lots of good owners for decades that only used the private land they owned and never interfered with any of the public land they didn't own outside the land boundary.
Anyway some other family bought the house at one point and then decided they were going to start putting up fences and locking gates on the public footpaths, which was illegal but it was hard to prove it was them, anyway thankfully after a while of pissing everyone off they found the area too hostile and left, I think the thing that really angered people was when they tried to lock people off from the local graveyard where lots of local people are buried.
Thankfully an American bought the land recently who is very friendly and doesn't interfere with any of the surrounding property, he certainly seems to understand the rules of land he owns vs nearby land.
So yeah hope you get this crap sorted, it's horrible when you get bad neighbours either way, invading and vandalising land you own or ones that decide their property boundaries don't end where the actual boundaries end.

Thats really interesting to hear your perspective from across the pond. My goal is to manage the property effectively and to its fullest, which should mirror alot of the practices that you guys have over there, I've ordered a few farm managing books from British Farms to learn from. Anyway this property does have a cemetery on it, and by law I have to leave it open to family members, which I plan to do as I want to fix it up and make it nice and presentable instead of just a bunch of headstones in the woods. The problem with a few of the neighbors is that the majority of the property has been abandoned and is everyone's playground essentially and they are not happy that we want to turn it into a working farm. Thanks for the advice and scenario that happened near you, that would be really cool to live next to a historic Manor house.

I really did not understand what your earlier trespassing videos where about. This adds context and makes it make sense. I look forward to some homesteading videos. I wish I owned some land. Congratulations good man!

Yea I should ahve put this up first but yea thats pretty much what I'm dealing with at the moment. Lots of people who think they have free reign over our property and undoing our projects, even stealing plants that we planted.

Always going to be a group of jerks in the mix. Put up cameras and get photos and videos and press charges. Once it cost them money then they will keep their ass on their side of the hwy đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ‡ș🇾

I agree. I have several camera's put up, caught some people and I've been posting that to the membership portion of the channel.

Best of luck with your endeavor , where i live ( east tn ) the mountains are getting increasingly crowded ( atv/utv’s ) and seems folks have little to no respect for the property. I hope your able to get it under control soon .

This area is full of that. I'm not too far from my old stomping grounds of East TN. Sadly from what I have seen over the years it's growing up way too fast
