As usual, your guides are awesome. Thanks for sharing!
Much appreciated!!! Thanks for watching!
Awesome video!! Awesome kit!! All I've got left is smoke and a sound kit. I've been on the fence GP star or Ninja tunes!!??!!?? I really dig this kit tho!!! You must feel super stoked about your pack now!! It has been a journey friend!!! 🎉
I'm really happy where my pack is at right now. Both GP Star and Ninja Tunes are great kits! GP Star is more comprehensive and has A LOT more bells and whistles. I personally just didn't want to spend more money plus more time installing it (This video was so long just for this kit hahaha)
Their,s also the GP Star Pro circuitboard which abuilt data port which will connect to your wi-fi connection. And it will also giv you the latest software updates for the GP Star Pro circuit that connects to the Haslab Proton Pack as well 😍🤩😁👻🤓🔌📡💁♂️
I found I had to remove the aftermarket transparent blue panel in front of the upgraded LED bargraph. Seemed like it was just a bit too thick to close properly on top of it. Fortunately not really needed since the NT lights are much better than the stock ones anyway. Did you have that problem? It looked like you were adjusting things a bit but the audio was sped up so I couldn't hear what you were saying about it.
Next time I go inside my pack I swear I'm going to label all the wires LOL
I had no issues with the fit (fortunately). What happened was with the angle I had to pack at, the blue window kept sliding down out of alignment. The trick is to have it perfectly center so the alignment pegs don't hit it.
Great video once again 👏 can you please tell us what size silicone hose you used for the C&A smoke kit and will u be making that switch on the cake cover to turn on and off the cake light kit from you . Thank you again.
Thank you! I believe it was "Silicone Vacuum Tubing Hose, ID 0.12" (3mm), OD 0.27" (7mm)"
Awesome video and been keeping an eye out for this. One question about cake light kit. I understand that Ninja provides the board for cake and vent, but would hooking your kit up the same way as the stockboard work?
You can do it with the stock board config but the LEDs won't get the proper data (Color and pattern) You'll need a JST XH 3 pin 2.5 male connector to make it work with the NT relay board. It's easy to do (As shown in the vid). I'm also making swap out harnesses for my kit to work with the nT board on my ETSY store. Thanks for watching!
Hello on the ninja tuns boards do you need 12 volts for each board, from the talent cell how do u run 2 wires hook up cables for that , were can you buy them . Thank you again for your help. 😊
YOu just need 12V to the main board. You would only need 12V for the relay board if you are powering a vent kit.
Nice video, but please do some cable management. Lol
As discussed I will hahaha. Didn't want to draw out the video any longer than it needed to be 😅
Are you using the stock speaker in the pack?
You can use the stock speaker and it'll be pretty darn loud... But I suggest going 2.5" or even 3". See my other DIY videos on those upgrades.
Question about the sound kit, yours has a delay when you fire the wand, some others haven't got the delay...what is up with that?
ALL NinjaTunes boards have a 1 sec delay when firing the wand. Takes a sec for the board to get the signal from the wand.
@SquadCollector sorry my bad, just checked some videos, the only one without delay was with an arduino, but the ninja kit sounds better tbh
@@cosmopoly I totally agree... and a much easier install (I'm lazy hahaha)
@SquadCollector Is this Ninja Tunes “Replacement Electronic Board”? I’m asking because his order form says that it will not work with a keepalive wand board… but I say in your other video that it IS compatible… appreciate any feedback on my question. Thank you!
I installed the newer GhostLabs42 keep alive board that you solder inside the wand…
It works with both old and new ghostlab42 wand keep alives
If you don’t mind me asking - what’s the price tag on this mod?
Not at all. It was150 Euros shipped
Just to be clear on the whole kill switch thing. Does the board have a male or female jst jumper? In other words would the switch itself need a male jst or female jst connector wired on to it? Or could I just utilize the switch on the talentcell as a kill switch?
Great question! The board kill switch has male pins. So the connector from your switch to the board will be female. JST XH 2.5 Female. It has been shown that even with the talent cell switched off and the charger plugged in... Voltage is still present feeding into the pack (board) So it's always good measure to have an actual kill switch wired in. I have one for every new connection added in.
@@SquadCollector ok. Thank so very much for helping me out! I really do appreciate it! Also your pack is beautiful, you’ve done an amazing job modifying it!
@@Bigboomboom588 My pleasure! Happy modding and thanks for watching!
@@SquadCollector you too brother.
