I thought penny Parker was macgyvers niece in the show? Why do I remember it like that?!?
Never her niece. In this Season 1 episode, she becomes a love interest, especially the way she sensually sucked his lip when they kissed at the restaurant! (Though it is obvious that she really gets around, especially in the final scene, hence the title "Every Time She Smiles"). In a Season 2 episode she convinces Mac's landlord that she is his girlfriend and is pregnant, just to get into his flat. She also kisses him very romantically several times as a "birthday present" in the Season 2 episode "Friends". However by Season 3 and definitely Season 4, she became more like a younger sister or niece in terms of friendship - you don't see them kissing or any intimate involvement. I think by the later seasons, they really "simped" Mac, or maybe he just got more and more heartbroken or something.
