Thank you for all the wonderful content. I was wondering if you could do a video for people with female reproductive organs. Specifically for people with PCOS or bad menstrual cramps, out of balance hormones or infertility issues. Something to reset, aline, and alleviate pain. I'm positive it would be well received. I know I would use it regularly.

I think a lot of the times when she’s using balls they are set to the frequency of the root and sacral chakra’s, what should be good for balancing a lot of the energy of our lower body. It might help to have a strong stereo system, enough that you can feel the vibrations physically if you set the speakers up right next to your body.
Might be worth getting a couple of your own sound bowls as well! There’s places you can find them online, and used for fairly inexpensive. It’s not the same as having Irene’s magical, touch, massaging your body and ears, but could help especially in a pinch like that!❤❤
