@@DonieCrickit will help if you install 8 and 8 or 16 and 16 and same ram , installing 12 or 24 means that you are using 8 + 4 or 16 + 8 what is not working in dual channel - it makes ram work worse.

If you set res downgrade like 1600x900. Alot game can run well in low or medium setting. Btw my laptop also i5 8300h with 1050ti SSD and 32gb ram. Still play okay with low setting with 1920 1080 or 1600 x 900 but not difficult like POV or something
30 FPS in these games is playable but not exactly buttery smooth. Still for an 8 year old GPU+CPU combo it's still effective for somebody who doesn't want good visuals and a substantial upgrade
I thought upgrading to ssd and 32gb ddr4 ram would suffice but still it isn't enough sometimes it'll randomly shutdown/restart due to gaming guess this old i7 are good for editing and running games from 2013 (I have a gaming laptop)
It won't make a huge performance boost, but it will make it more stable. As for shutdowns, your setup might be overheating; consider cleaning it. The specs, in general, are weak now, but even with some new releases, you can still achieve decent performance. (Sorry for the late response)
I think you need replace thermal pasta. Cpu temperature cery hot 95c. Is safe maybe max 90c ...im use like you. And i repasta use deepcool z3 iam playing 83-85. Yeah. I think safe

Also please test out a game called World War 3 (Free on Steam), because there is almost no content in terms of laptop benchmark. Your laptop will help me get a pretty good idea.
@@MUTANTBenchmarks I already locked it on 30 fps and I have 16 gb ram , for the SSD I use it on the Windows 10 , but I have a 1 tera HDD besides isn't it laggy because ur recording too ??
@@azizmoub8090 If you want to play most of the games here, a few lag spikes won't be a big deal. So, as I said, if you use SSD and 16GB RAM and lock your fps to 30, it can be said that there is no problem. Lagging wont be a big issue long story short. Can't promise about TLOU and Ratchet and Clank tho.

Im already using RX6700XT + Ryzen 7 5700G. I think is fairly enough for now

Most of te games are actually laggy but locking fps to 30 may help. Also install ur games to SSD and 16GB ram helps to achieve stable fps.
