That's because mostly when your look at someone they look back which can build attraction when outside. Online however they aren't looking back at you so there's not as much hesitation.
Whatever is haram is 100% destructive.
We have revelation so we don't need to learn what's harmful as we go along the way.
We absolutely need to learn what is haram and halal, not everyone understands what is and why. We have people of dawah and they are there to teach us why. With love your brother.

The Gym for me was the most hardest time. Not only for muscle training , but I had do extra's with my eyes.
It was hard.
That's why I quit my membership and now only train at home.

you can also find outside sports park and maybe find some brothers to go with

What do you think about women reading romance novels or maybe even erotica, or such movies, and also men but which is more common among women, and is more socially acceptable than p*rn. Some say that the effect of these on women's brains is almost the same as p*rn on men's brains. They start expecting that fairytale romance, excitement etc and are disappointed that their husbands aren't as 'romantic'. I mean guys can try to learn but everyone has limits, and I think these set unrealistic and often unachievable expectations from men which are just like unrealistic beauty & body standards.

marketing is a big deception, they put music and images and flashes, at times even change images, its disgutsing, and then they use bad stories for both ppl as well. during Prophet peace ad blessings be upon him's time ppl had no clothes on, plus feelings recycle at times but things can happen that effect is long term. May Allah guide us and give us understanding and ability to teach well!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a second wife. It's mention in the 4th surah that it is allowed.
Most men want multiple wives. Its not normal if a man doesn't want more than one wife.

@@HelpQasimFirst probably because of the dopamine, looking at attracrive women is a dopamine hit, so by not doing it ur more sensitive towards dopamine and when dopamine raises so does testosterone (pretty sure its proven)
