  • Gari is the most popular side dishes for sushi. Gari is ginger pickled in sweet vinegar.
    It is quick and easy to make, so try it.

    The cooking recipe and ingredients:
    We make Gari which is essential for Sushi
    300g of ginger

    Add the chopped ginger

    Remove in a colander and drain off the hot water

    Add 45g of sugar and mix well
