There are areas of opportunity but same way most of the components were there, next time we need a better pack curry in the meat for sure and the pot needs to be packed before hand and then the coconut milk. Yum yum yum! I love Grenadian oildown 🇬🇩. Your pot reminds me of my grandmothers version. She kept the color light and my mom would call it “run down” or “trini oil down” to tease her. Traditionally the color should be a deep yellow from the turmeric. My moms family was from country and made it the traditional way which is the best way! Loved this video, keep it up!
I don’t know which country national dish but I know my grandmother use to cooked that recipe when I was a child and she call it pepperpot soup and it taste so so good ❤❤❤❤
