I'm an italian living in Sweden and I confirm that the italian pronunciation of IKEA is really similar to the real swedish one, if not even the same I would say

I lived in ltaly in the 80s and l remember how excited my ltalian friends were when the supermarket started selling "sette oop" They were really puzzled that l hadn't heard of it and, thinking maybe we didn't have it in New Zealand (where l'm from), spent some time trying to explain it to me. Eventually one of them wrote it down.
    7up.

I must be psychic. I just got a sudden feeling to watch your channel which I haven’t done in a long while. And hey you’ve got a new video.. I’ve just started taking online Italian classes and I’m trying to finally properly learn la Bella lingua. I would love to see more videos of Alan speaking Italiano

Levi's is an Italian / Jewish surname so it should be read levi with the Italian pronunciation. Obviously become famous in America the best known pronunciation is the English one. (: Mercedes is a German brand and our pronunciation is quite accurate, compared to the English one :)

As an Spanish speaker I can relate to the Italian pronunciation of some international brands such as Disney, Colgate or Palmolive. On the other hand, it took me a while to get the words in English without the H sound. In an English Literature course in Italy it took me weeks to get used to "The andmaid's Tale" (The Handmaid's Tale) and for a while I didn't know what they were talking about 😂

Dopo quasi cinque anni a Boston, ancora pronuncio male alcune marche in inglese e mio marito non mi corregge mai perché dice che è "so cute!" -.-"
Comunque BMW in italiano è bi emme vu, e per chi non lo sapesse, può essere sia maschile che femminile quando ci si riferisce alla macchina. Si tende però ad usare il maschile per macchine di grossa cilindrata (quindi abbastanza oggettiva la scelta). Io personalmente direi che guido una Serie 1, non un Serie 1.
