I'm so glad that there's another themed restaurant out there. For years it felt like we were leaning towards everything feeling like a fancy hotel, beige colors, echoey walls. Themed restaurants are the BEST.
I really enjoyed the 3rd. Think it was one of the best ones. And I don’t say enjoy as in I enjoy what happened in the film. Kind of a reminder that there isn’t always a happy ending. That things like animal cruelty exist in the world. It was so incredibly heart breaking to watch, I certainly agree. But just like you said everyone has their own opinion. Glad you both are having a fun week! :)
Your right I saw HORRIBLE animal cruelty twice yesterday.. 1st a hawk screammed down and tackled a dove (the symbol of Peace..yes) and ripped it apart to eat it on the power pole. Later that same day a Swallow tail kite bird was eating a baby mockingbird chick ,,,while flying ! Yes it is brutal and cruel here in Florida.
@Nick Danger that's not what animal cruelty is. That's literally circle of life. Animals hunt other animals for life. Animal cruelty is sadly when humans treat animals in a very inhumane way.
That first tshirt you touched is very 70s. My first visit to Disney and staying at the Contemporary. I still have a coffee mug from there with that design. Would love to have that tshirt. 😍😍😍
I first visited Celebration in 1997 on a trip to Disney World. I went in to many of those stores that were still there. There was a lot of homes being built on and around Water Street and we went into one of the model homes. I recall it was selling for about $225K, which I guess at the time was quite expensive for the area.
We ate at TRex back in 2014 ! It was brand new! Really cool theme! Espefor my kiddo who was 6 at the time and loved a Dino themes place over ao much princess stuff! 😅 Glad you two are having a great visit! People are weird asking so many questions and making comments about you two. Sorry so many people eople are so immature! Thanks for sharing!
Was in Celebration from CA last week! Also at DS twice! Held Mr breath that I’d run into you (my fav vlogger), but kept missing you. So sad. Would have meant the world to me. But fell in love with Celebration and would love to live there! Never miss a vlog of yours- I eat breakfast with you every day! Thx for all the entertainment and fun facts. Hugs!!
We have run into Adam by chance twice . Once in Burbank @ Bobs Big Boy and he was with @dani702 & the once at Disneyland and he was with Daphne @thedaphneshow , and he was so kind and polite!!! We couldn’t believe how nice they all were to us and even took time to take photos with us . There all just as kind and nice in person as they are in the Vlogs❤Great people 🎉
we had a T-Rex and a Rainforest Cafe in the Kansas City area for a long time. Rainforest was in a mall, but closed years ago, but we had many birthday parties for my sister there when we were younger. T-Rex was at a different, outdoor, mall and closed only a few years ago. Kinda sad they've both gone the way of the dinos in most areas lol. My favorite T-Rex table was the giant jellyfish one. These two are owned and operated by the same company as the Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurants as well as Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom. The company is "Landry's" and you can get a membership thing with them for discounts at their many restaurants. The Boathouse is also owned by them.
Natalie's comment regarding the villain of the movie being a black man was a "choice", implying James Gunn is a racist at the 22:12 mark was extremely off putting, and a pretty major implication...not cool, not cool. There's plenty of movies where the main villain isn't a person of color. Like or dislike the movie all you want, but that was an ignorant take.
Had fun hanging out with you guys and yes it was a fun day but who would have figured that the movie wasn’t going to be that good well at least you saw it and it was nice that you gave your honest opinion of what you actually thought of it also the restaurant you and Daphne went was amazing and I sure hope that someday you go back there if it’s not to expensive now I must tell you I’ve been to many themed restaurants like the Spielberg restaurant Dive which looked like a submarine and if you sat at a window seat it was a porthole with bubbles coming up and every so often you would hear on their speakers a bunch of times the word dive and the whole restaurant would shake like you were going under water also I ate at Marvel Mania Cafe which used to be a Universal Hollywood also ate at Planet Hollywood also Rain Forest Cafe also Harley Davidson Cafe and Country Star Cafe and now I got to experience another great restaurant T Rex thanks to you Adam anyway thanks for letting me leave such a long comment now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and Daphne and I’ll see you on the next awesome Adam the daily woo adventure peace ☮️ out ✌️
That volume 3 was heavy on my heart strings. Hope you guys enjoyed the film either way! From Minnesota and was lucky enough to scoop an AP and will be out that last full week of may. In hot debate if I’m bringing my video rig… how is DW with cameras? I know some places get a little nervous when the lens is a certain size. Hope you are having a blast!
@Uncle Lester - I don’t know if I loved it at first… and there were elements that I didn’t love, but I thought the movie was a great story and told what it needed to tell. Just happened that it touched on moments in my life that caused me to have a hard time in the movie. I got my AP magnet today, so that’s my little victory :D
I’ve eaten at T-Rex (& Rainforest Cafe), we sat in the Ice Cave~ Lots to see.. Hope the food was decent for you two.. Nothing wowed us a few years back… I’ll wait on Vol 3 away from seeing it in theaters 👍
Sounds like new Guardians might be too much for me with the animals so thanks for the heads-up. I think the broken dinosaurs just accepted their fate with the meteor. 😅
I’ve been to both TRex and Rainforest and what your paying for is the theming, basic food and fun for my kids once or twice for a bday, on regular trip Chicken Guy is fantastic.
My son has already told me i shouldn't see it for the reason Daphne said. Thank you for the heads up too! The fun nature was what made the other 2 so enjoyable. That is a shame.
Yesterday evening and night was the first time driving over to MK, that I did not encounter stop and go traffic on I-4. Even 27 flowed good. Was soo nice...
My boys loved T-Rex but I was kinda umm it's ok I guess. But the theme is very nice and they have some good mixed drinks so I guess that made up for the food blahs for me. Glad you got to go in there.

Nice shirt of Todd & Copper from “The Fox & The Hound”. I visited the T.Rex Cafe in 2009. They have food that’s as good as the Rainforest Cafe in both Disney’s Animal Kingdom & Downtown Disney where the T.Rex Cafe is. The Rainforest Cafe I ate at was at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in 2007 & in 2009. Someday I might return to WDW “Walt Disney World” & eat at my 2 favorite restaurants The Rainforest Cafe at Disney’s Animal Kingdom & The T.Rex Cafe Downtown Disney. For me, only time will tell & I hope I have made & saved enough money for any adventurous activities.
Landry's Inc owns T-Rex, Rainforest Cafe, Bubba Gumps and about 40 other restaurants and many other entertainment experiences, even a cruise line. That's why the Bubba Gump paper was in the basket..
I was watching the episode where you saw the anniversary Jedi in the theater while I was on the treadmill the other day. Then I proceeded to finish my run while watching Jedi myself 😝 Running the WDW Marathon in January. Training doesn’t “officially” start until September.
You'll do great! Just have a good plan and stick to it. Get your training in, eat right and get your rest.I've run 4 marathons and 2 of those were the New York City.
Boy, the T Rex is so LOUD LOL. So much great the ming there. I love the town of Celebration! Are there ever homes for sale there? I would love to live there
Bubba Gumps, Rain Forrest Cafe and T-Rex are all owned by Landrys. It's advisable to get the Landrys Select card; you get head of the line privalages if there's a long wait; you go to the checkin desk and they'll get you into the next available table right away; plus you get $20 for your bday dinner, you earn points towards free meals plus you get a discount on your meals.
T-Rex is one of the coolest looking theme restaurants I've seen yet. The sound effect noise in there must make it difficult to converse with people at your table at times though.
Yup actually the biggest buba gump restaurants are part of the Dino and rain forest cafe restaurants, also Morton’s steak house and yak n yeti at animal kingdom. That’s where I signed up for the discount card for all those places and early seating
was nice seeing you at AMC, I did end up enjoying guardians though very different from first 2, even the holiday special, a little gory but still good.
If you sign up for Landry’s card, it is a $25 one time fee. Then you get $25 credit on your next visit and they load $25 in your birthday month. Plus you get front of line access at all of their restaurants by showing the card. No reservations. It’s a win win if you live close to any of their restaurants or even go to Disney once a year.
I really enjoyed Volume 3! But after hearing your opinion, and on how everyone was mad at each other, kinda lowered my rating. Didn’t realize that as much until you mentioned it 😂
But...that's exactly the comic book. Rocket's past...the High Evolutionary...it's all in the book. I mean...what Thanos did to Nebula was horrifying...and Thanos is death obsessed in the series...super dark stuff. I haven't seen it yet, but I think I know how it plays out. I'm expecting dark. The Guardians story is not a happy one. I guess we'll see. Sorry it didn't work for ya Adam...I get it.

When she says the "main like black character had to be the villain", I have to wonder if Gamora feels bad about saving the galaxy all those times and being a hero portrayed by a black woman.

What kind of local Floridian chooses the top garage floor and completely in the sun?? You could be returning back to a decent feeling car but with you the cars gonna be 20 degrees hotter than if you just parked 1 floor down
Richard, he is well aware of all that sir. As a similar person who likes the views AAND not really waiting for any spot, bc there's always a spot available sometimes you deal with a hot car.
@@michael-thedd98 yo dude please tell me a time since Disney put in like 4 parking garages how hard it is to park! There’s always a spot available. The only floor that might be full is the main floor 3 . But I don’t see how floor 4 having 200 available spaces is so bad compared to the hot roof parking that has 300 available spots. Whop de doo 100 or so more available spots, you’re really beating a crowd. Not to mention have fun on your mandatory stairs.
Guardians 3 was fantastic. It's called character growth, and it was much needed. There was still plenty of humor, and the characters weren't any more mad at each other then they were in the other movies. The 'animal cruelty' was easy to get past since it's literally all fake, but was also needed for the plot. This movie tied up a lot about the rest of the franchise, it was definitely a great 'end'.
I've eaten at the Rainforest at Animal Kingdom numerous times since it open years ago. Sadly there has been a noticeable degradation in the food quality over the years. To the extent I will likely avoid any future patronage for the establishment. Jusay'n, one can get better bar food anywhere.

Yep. T-REX cafe is owned by Landry's, which owns Bubba Gump shrimp co, Rainforest, Joe's Crab Shack, etc.😄. Guess they ran out of their own paper

Confined - Forrest was the archaeology who found the first amber with Dino DNA in it!
Couldn't agree more.
Did you watch the after credit scenes? It shows you what Rocket is doing.. all the Marvel movies have after credit scenes in case you didn’t know.
Lovely place
I've eaten at the Rainforest at Animal Kingdom numerous times since it open years ago. Sadly there has been a noticeable degradation in the food quality over the years. To the extent I will likely avoid any future patronage for the establishment. Jusay'n, one can get better bar food anywhere.
