    Thank you for fulfilling my request. I don't know why, but such a coincidence that before you post that two tips to improve - feel & touch and grip & microadjustment - I found them and applied on my exercise and 2 weeks afterward you posted it. And 2 weeks ago, I noticed and already applied these exercises - flick (any kinds of incoming spin) and counter attack of incoming 3rd ball loop attack or 4th (counter-) attacking ball instead of classical 3rb ball loop on backspin and drill both FH and BH everywhere, doing transition anytime and anywhere I want - now you post it

    Can somebody explain, why when counterattacking with the forhand FZD has his feet nearly parallel?
    In every german course or training session for forhand topspin, countertopspin or even flat counter you learn to have (when righthander) your right foot a little bit behind, so you can rotate your hips and your feet into the stroke.
    Now, whats the reasons for FZD having his feet parallel? Is it, because he has to anticipate whether the ball comes to the forhand or the backhand, which then would be the correct position? Or are there other reasons? Care to elaborate?

    What do you mean by weight transfer sir??

    • @pingsunday
      @pingsunday  Před 3 lety +5

      the weight transfer is using your legs, waist to generate power for your forehand topspin. This is the key principle of Chinese forehand topspin. Search "power from the ground pingsunday" to read more.

    Only two Chinese players are better than other topplayers from other countries....Chinese tabletennis is far less superior then it was in male tabletennis...
    See for instance the results in quatar...Aruna beats three Chinese topplayers ( top 10 China) at a row.....
