I'm not sure how Fox would lose a lawsuit regarding Ray Epps. All Tucker did was replay the videos of him telling people to go inside the Capital. The video speaks for itself.
They wouldn't lose, but the real question is whether Fox will throw money at him to make him go away. Fox probably would have won the Dominion case, but wanted to avoid the bad PR so much that they settled for $780 million. They could make Epps go away for less than 1% of that.

If Ray Epps sues he will have to explain his behavior Jan 6 and why he was never prosecuted. I am sure there are some who don't want that to happen.
Epps has no legal case, and more importantly he has no leverage over Fox. Dominion didn't have a very strong case, but it did have emails that made Fox News look bad. Epps has no such thing. Fox will offer him a few mill to shut up and he'll take it.

Tucker really didn't have all that much coming in as far as ad revenue. So many companies refused to buy ad time on his show. It was a money calculation as it was legal.

Holy... Is this really Chris Cuomo? Very interesting change in character. Dare I say, impressive? I'll be curious to see more of what he does, but getting Bill O'Reilly on was a fantastic play, best report of the day on this topic, and surprisingly informative. A bit ironic that Tucker Carlson led me in this direction.
This style works WAY better for Cuomo rather than his disappointing performances on CNN that made him seem clown-ish. It seems this is one of those cases where something that might seem bad for him at first, ends up releasing invisible shackles, enabling a whole new level of quality, self-esteem, self-respect and integrity to be revealed.
Now, hopefully he doesn't get cocky, but maybe a little cocky-ness for today for a job well done is okay, but let's not get crazy. ;)
