My prediction is that he will lose by a landslide, no chance for any of the supporters to believe his lies any more about stolen elections. According to federal sentencing guidelines, this is a white collar crime, and no victim has been identified. Under federal guidelines he would very likely receive probation.

1. Verdicts/rulings, convictions/sentencing CAN'T be appeal-vulnerable on any count in any indictment. Acquittal? Okay.
2. Once jailed, never released.
3. Air tight.
If they're to deal with this hip-deep corruption with any good & permanent effect, they can't cheat, they can't cut corners.

Yes, so true & most citizens don't know this. Our education system leaves much out, maybe by design I say this under the rule of a book burning DeSanctimonious lol. One of the reasons why there is no trial date for the documents case is because Merrick Garland waited 2 1/2 years to indict. The crime was committed in Jan. 2021.
This is an undeniable fact. Merrick Garland is such an embarrassement. He got everything on the table and did not act. One of the worst and most inept attorney generals in US history.
People need to stop making assumptions and deal with reality. When the Congress does any kind of investigation, they are not bound to "Just Cause" or "Due Process" because they do not have the authority to charge a person with committing a criminal offense. They can legally run a much wider investigation. Once they turned the results of what they found over, there was enough evidence to start a criminal investigation.
The saga that got Trump charged with committing 34 Felonies in NYS actually involved 2, not 1, Juries.
The way it actually works, a Grand Jury has to decide if there is enough evidence to even charge a person with breaking the Law, obviously, there was.

Regarding Mr. Heaphy's attribution of Judge Cannon's actions strictly to incompetence, I'm reminded of the line from a James Bond movie: "Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action."
