- This urban exploration gave us the creeps. Even though you can easily tell nobody has been there in a long time, it felt as if we were being watched the entire time. We found multiple abandoned buildings, a few abandoned trailers, and an abandoned house. For some reason, the area reminded me of the walking dead.
We also found what we thought resembled a small grave site, about the size of a child or large dog. The site has a small fence that was at one time standing around the site, but the fence is no longer standing. We forgot to get a video of the spot, but it was most likely the grave of a dog.
We found these abandoned houses while out exploring the deserts of Nevada.
When we reviewed the video for editing, we noticed what appeared to be two silhouettes watching us from a distance. I am not sure if they were people or just shadows, but you can see them at 12:47. We heard a lot of strange noises while we were there. Definitely a creepy urban exploration.
Some viewers are confused and think we are talking about the white SUV in the video, but that white SUV is my vehicle. The two silhoettes are far behind the white SUV, to the right of it. If you are on a cell phone, chances are you will see nothing.

Not going to lie, every time I see you guys driving out into the middle of nowhere on jacked up roads, anxiety kicks in and I pray that you have an entire kitchen in your car, two spare tires, a full set of tools, some weapons...but you know I guess that would be called paranoia lol 😁🥺

you should be aware of a very real danger when exploring houses etc out off the beaten path. that's where meth labs get setup. back before the legal pot days, huge growth operations happened out in remote desert areas, using portable watering methods. an area i once hunted had the largest pot bust in cali history. in a dry, hot, very steep canyon area. you'd never imagine anything could grow there. or anyone could get to it. hunters find stuff all the time. its a threat most know of.

yeah i stopped the video and was able to get a good look at the area in question, and it does appear to be two people standing there and staring at you. I suspect you interupted some people that were up to no good. I hope you let some people know where and when you are taking these adventures. I'd hate to find out that someone harmed you and your friends you take with you.

I tell you what. I left the city 4 years ago to get away from people and now I live out in the dessert. I I do admit I feel like I am also being watched. Something about rual area's give out that vibe. Can you go back and circle where you see the silhouettes. Be safe out there.
Yeah I could probably get that vibe living out in the country. I have visited friends that live way out in the boonies and I always feel slightly on edge. Yet I live in the big city where it can have other dangers. Still I feel like I live in a secure place. There are times I would probably like to live in the outback although I would probably arm myself to the teeth. There are scary people in this world!

more than likely got old and passed or had to live in a home because they couldn't care for themselves or maybe the buildings getting so bad and couldn't upkeep especially being way out with nothing close and they decided to move somewhere closer to other human life or in the rare few cases maybe they were butchered by a madman and buried in the ground somewhere around there or abducted by aliens for research. so many intriguing possibilities. there are good people that live in the desert but a lot bad people also, that do very bad things. some places we will never know what the past held.

i woulda checked out the shelf of national geographics and taken them if they werent too ratty
so many important details that could help build the story of what happened there are just discarded. there was an old leger or scrap book that if looked into would have yielded a story. one of the metal doors you walked past had about 30 dent markings around where the knob was, now for what reason does a creature make lots of little dents around a door handle? the Galaxy trunk was forcibly entered in the past, the lock was knocked out.
i appreciate these types of efforts on explorers parts but i just get so frustrated by what is taken for granted.
This area has been a problematic area for meth labs, so it may all be related to that.
The site is clearly an abandoned mine, but someone still owns it. The pile of tailings above the camp is the giveaway. Those fall-out shelter storage cans are available in many surplus stores - they mean nothing in this context.
You should check out some of those old video tapes.

You might want to go back and check out where you thought the two silhouettes were standing just to make certain there's not a couple cactus or bushes growing there.
Seems extremely odd people would stand out in the open where a stranger could get a scope bead on them, (they don't know you or your intentions) instead of ducking down behind something like a bush or boulder to watch invisibly.
Could be just a shadow, bush, or anything else. I need a bigger monitor, this laptop screen sucks.

you should announce yourself and ask for a reply before entering buildings of unknown occupancy...you might get shot one of these times...even off on public land if someone is "camping" that is considered their home/domicile and they are allowed to defend themselves

This place was so creepy, looked like it could have been some old commune from the 70's maybe? they look like they date back to then, judging by the stuff that had been left behind. It was like they had all just disappeared. Brilliant find, your video's never seize to amaze me.

Steve Laminack at exactly 12:47, you can see two black dots that look like two human figures in the distance. See the white vehicle? that pillar jagging right to our right of it? the two dots are just to the right of the pillar's point.
At 4:33 when I first looked I said that looks like two breaking bad meth mobile homes up on the hillside & said maybe that's why the white truck was there, but as you moved on I was glad it wasn't for your sake :-). Then I saw it was around the area 51 area & just thought it's only a patrol truck - prolly having a napp, what else would they be doing there too unless you were tracked...check under your truck. Peace & Happiness & love the fact you wont tell location as vandals are just dirt. It would be good to bring a metal dector with you on these trips..you never know what you may find..my youtube friend found a huge gold nugget the size or a rock and before it was cleaned anyone whould have thought it was a big rock too.
