I thought it would be really hard turning plant-based. But surprisingly, it wasn't. You can pick fresh and natural food items for your daily quota of macro and micronutrients.
This shift has been one of the best decisions I have made as it makes me feel more energetic, lighter and happier."

Vegan not vegetarianism...Veganism - They do not eat eggs, any kind of meats and any type of animal diary.

@@raunvk veganism (as someone mentioned in this comment section) doesn't include any of animal products and that includes milk, cow ghee, cheese, curds, honey, eggs. Whereas vegetarian diet includes all of the above mentioned products

i think eggs can be excuded from vegetarian diet. in most places egg is consiered as non-veg. but ghee, milk, honey paneer, cheese do fall under vegetarian diet.
btw, vegan diet is extreme, and quite impossible.
