    People can say what they want, even I’m not her biggest supporter at all, but when she is going to play like this, 1GA will not be able to defend one title of her previous season and will be replaced as the number one ranked like 🫰

    i read an article... i think in WTA site that Sabalenka in this final match , by average, was hitting harder than Novak and Stefanos.... would be better if Aryna is with Seles, Capriati, Serena, and Venus at their prime.... it would be a slugfest every time they meet.... as a Serena fan... as i accepted that Serena was at her twilight years, i started liking Aryna coz i like her power game... not boring.... but she had plenty of inconsistencies.... although i like these two finalists, i was a little biased to Aryna coz i wanted her to win a grandslam (since Elena already has Wimbledon) ... and i wanted her to win also for her to believe that she should have won long time ago.... overdue is the word, but she truly deserved it

    • @rajusaha855

      Peak Sabalenka & Rybakina would trash Serena as game has changed over the years. Capriati lol🤣🤣🤣 she had 1-10 h2h against Steffi. Capriati have to thank Graf retirement in 1999 otherwise she never would have won slams.

      Sabalenka OWNS Rybakina. Their H2H is 3-0. She was just fighting her demons (nerves) in the first set since this was her first ever slam final. Next time she won't be half as nervous and will beat Rybakina more easily. She's the much more talented and well rounded player.

    Excelente partido! Hermoso partido. Y espectantes hoy con Djokovich y Tsisipas!!

    Stats: Sabalenka:
    20 more winners than Rybakina
    8 more aces
    6% better first serve % (65% to 59%)
    6 more double faults
    3 more unforced errors
    7 more total points won: 110 to Rybakina's 103; Break points converted: 3 of 13 vs 2of 7 Rybakina
    CONCLUSION: BEING super aggressive, 51 winners- 28 unforced errors to Rybakina's 31 winners-25 unforced errors, put Sabalenka over the top, but match coulda gone either way. (I was rootin' Rybakina 😌)

    • @kittygalore87
      @kittygalore87 Před rokem +2

      Sabalenka is a playmaker. She dictates the match most of the time which makes her so exciting to watch. Rybakina is boring. All she does is serve. Most of the points she won came from her big serves and Saba's UEs. Her ground strokes are incredibly shaky, while Saba is rock solid on all fronts. When Sabalenka was able to return her serves, she won only 20% of those points!! Thank God the more talented player won.

    • @studfinderball
      @studfinderball Před rokem

      @@kittygalore87 Sabalenka only had 7 more total points won, yet she had TWENTY MORE WINNERS. She's a ball basher!!I I always root for the lady in the match, one that I'm drawn to.😳

    • @KanatLS
      @KanatLS Před rokem

      Rybakina stopped being agressive in the 2nd and 3rd, relying too much on her first strike, either serve or return, her second strike was always too soft in those sets, that cost her the match. in the first she was hitting through all the balls that came to her side, that's how she should have played. but Aryna's serve was over 70% in the last 2 sets, which caused lots of problems also...well the one who stayed brave longer won

    • @studfinderball
      @studfinderball Před rokem

      @@KanatLS Victory to the brave! Elena will study the tapes and learn to avoid feeding Aryna balls she can hit winners on (51!), and the next time outcome will be different. Maybe copy Navratilova's pusher, paceless deep backhand slice against Graf, which makes hitting winners much harder.

    • @kittygalore87
      @kittygalore87 Před rokem

      @@studfinderball So when Rybakina was the one hitting more winners against weaker players, do you then root for those players because they are the "ladies"? Because she's been the aggressor in pretty much all her matches until this match when she finally met someone who hit with equal or more power. Seems to me she got what she deserved - a taste of her own medicine.
