Danke für das leckere Rezept. So ähnlich mach ich auch meine Gemüse-Supper. Ich mag nur keine Sahne, daher püriere ich die Suppe. Den Lachs kann man ja dann danach dazu geben, tolle abwandlung.

Hyyy, habe das Rezept heute versucht. Ich musste es etwas abändern da ich keinen Fisch esse und Brokkoli HAAASSE :´D (habe Kohl genommen) aber ich wollte mich trotzdem für die Inspiration bedanken. Endlich eine super leckere und schnelle Suppe :)

La voy hacer a la sopa pero no le pondré salmón porque si compro salmon( que es caro) lo como asado al horno, me llama la atención que lleva crema porque si es para bajar de peso con crema no la veo dietética . ❤

I followed along and wrote down recipe for those who were asking for it
RECIPE
2 onions
4-5 taters
cover bottom skillet with olive oil - saute onions
peel 2 large carrots, chop small, add to onions, stir
peel taters, chop small, put in soup pot
add onions and carrots to pot
add 5 cups water (I would use no salt broth myself, more flavor)
salt & pepper to taste
put on stove, cover and bring to simmer and cook 15 minutes
cut up 3/4 pound fresh salmon into small pieces, add to pot
( I don't eat salmon myself, I would sub with chopped chicken)
Broccoli - 250 gram (apx 3 cups) . chop and add to pot
1 tomato, cut up and add to pot
put on lid, cook 5 minutes
chop fresh parsley ( looks like apx 1/4 cup chopped)
add 200 ml of 20% cream (1 cup)
20% is "light cream" 1/2 &1/2 is 10-12% and heavy is 30-36%
stir soup, add parsley and stir in
serve soup
I would add a thickener myself just before serving, stir until thicker,
I like soup a bit thicker than this looks (arrowroot slurry would work well)

Tez zwróciłam na to uwagę i na tę deske i na brokuły z łososia , a z tym chudnieciem to jest tak , jak zjesz tylko taką zupkę raz dziennie i nic poza tym to owszem schudnac 10 kg. mozna.
