I only did psychedelics(including ayahuasaya) a couple of times. For me it was enough to realize to there is soooooo much more to life then our day to day consciousness. Completely stopped doing any substances(apart from some coffee here and there) and practice yoga and meditation every day. Feels so much more stable.
