1) Obtaining 8 Badges
2) Meeting the legendary pokemon of the version you are playing

•HeartGold - Ho-Oh
3) Traverse the Victory Road.
How to get there:
•Enter the Pokémon League HQ at Indigo Plateau
•Continue straight ahead and tell the officer that you are ready
•Battle the Elite Four and The Champion
•The 1st Elite Four is Will (Psychic-type)
•The 2nd Elite Four is Koga (Poison/Bug-type)
•The 3rd Elite Four is Bruno (Fighting/Rock-type)
•The 4th Elite Four is Karen (Dark/Ghost-type)
•The Champion is Lance (Dragon/Flying-type)
•Enter the Hall of Fame as the New Champion of the Pokemon League
•Credits appear as animation shows the Characters of this story
