How To Make Coca-Cola Ham

1 Smoked Ham Butt
1 12oz can of Coca-Cola
1 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place Ham in baking dish. Mix together coke, sugar and Mustard and pour over the Ham. Loosely cover with foil and bake according to package directions and weight.
Remove the foil the last 20 minutes of cooking to allow top to get brown. Once cooked, allow the Ham to rest at least 15 minutes before slicing. Serve Ham with drippings. Enjoy

Kathy thanks for the ham recipe and cooking demonstration. We are joining family friends for Thanksgiving and I think this ham would be a great addition to the menu. This is so easy , can you baste it once or twice or just leave it alone once you pour the coke mixture on top?
