I had an app called touchosc, when I used jille the app disappeared and I can't connect to the store, it doesn't accept my login and password, unlike yours, when I enter the password the error appears, I can't connect to the iTunes store, it doesn't even reach logging in. There is a way that you do not show sign in with an apple id when reset step1 to set up ipad, look at the second step, restore from icloud backup and click next word in the upper right hand and sign in to access apple id and password select next in the upper right hand and select Agree in the lower right hand, wait a moment and then click back back and select Set Up as New iPad, you will see the sign in with an Apple ID.
