Historical Info:
The Waffenträger auf E 100 is a project for mounting large-caliber antiaircraft guns on the E 100 chassis. The vehicle was supposed to feature 128 or 150 mm guns with an automatic loading system. However, the project was never developed.

This tank does it’s job fair, what i’m afraid off is it racks up damage quick, and it might give players who already are against it all the more reason to pushback the possible reintroduction of the WT cause you see players still get over 2.5k damage at a loss, and I really want this tank back.

Im with you guys. I hope they bring it back. They removed it and now have tanks that (and this is just my thoughts) just as good if not better. So why not. Alot of peeps gripe about it but at least ya can pen it.

I feel the WT Auf. E100 could easily be rebalanced back into the game with its own tech tree branch as well. Like the wheeled tanks, there could be limited to 1 per team. It literally has a 50 second reload, it needs a good team. It seems like it does a lot of damage, and well yea it does, but it does damage depending on the support of the team. You put 1 WTE100 against 2 same tier tanks, especially mediums and lights, 1 tank dies, and the other can probably finish it off by the time the WTE100 reloads. I'm just saying, it may be a really unpopular opinion but still, I would rather have 1-2 of these on a team then fucking artillery.
P.S. Notice how the team with 1 WTE100 won against the team with 2 WTE100 ;)

3sec intraclip and 60 sec reload would be balanced for the current meta
This tank is essentially depending on who is playing it. Its not easy to do two clips of damage with because of the attention it receives when it gets spotted, and that focus alone is enough to keep it balanced honestly. Its a trade king.

I had this tank when it was still in the game for about 2 weeks, but i was a noob back then so i did not make it work. Now i love the WTauf Pz4 which is basically the same without the autoloader.
And well played.
I had it for a month, I wanted it so bad and when I finally got it they took him away, I was never so angry in my entire fucking life.

It's E100 hull dude. Nothing special. You suck at the game if you cannot hit the 30mm of armor on the entire turret.

hehe ..the good old days when I was able to clip a Maus in few seconds :) The one today is the nerfed version. I had WT E100 for a looong time :) FV was its nemesis :) Good old days when we can make platoons with T9 or 6 and T2 :) and your own people shoot you for real for not doing your job :):):) and use to have 5 arties on each side....Not nerfed arties but those with really powerful guns with high pen and high HE damage :) the times when you can really ram your teammate and damage him....or when we insult each other in the common chat...or when some people frustrated by their team use to reveal to the enemy the position of their team mates :):):) Now we have that damn EBR....no real HE...and a boring game :)

It was only a matter of the time when they add WT E 100 back into the game. It's nice to have it back :), it still seems quite unbalanced even after so many years which has quite surprised me in this crazy fast meta

This tank give me a good old time . Broken tank , no it is Balance for me . Easy to destroy people but people can fight back against it

Meating this beasts in a StuG-III was scary. MM was fun those days.
People used to relocate to the other flank once it was spotted. I never got to see one up close as it was super hard to grind stuff then and few people had them. I was still grinding up the tiers. The other one was KV1. Ppl would start screaming in chat KV1!!! KV1!!!! and I would run away with them because I am tier 3. It was hilarious and scary being a noob, but these tanks were so broken it was ridiculous and we had a 4 tier spread just to rub it in more. That feeling of helplessness will not be forgotten.
@@jesusisking8502 I kind of miss that feeling of helplessness, the fear was real. Always being one bad match away from bankruptcy, the struggles, the sacrifices for the victory so we all wouldn't go bankrupt after the game. The game was brutal, filled with reality and the desparation to win, bankruptcy meant needing to sell something which was basically like cutting of a finger since once you have nothing else to sell in order to continue the grind for the legendary tier10 you lost for real and needed to start over in tier1-3. With our tiny amount of silver we had left, we repaired our tanks one final time for one final match just to see if we could win and earn some credit back to continue the tankers dream: to play just one more game before needing to sell something.

Back in the days when WTE100 was still there, most of the times of most players in this tank cannot even fire up a full magazine in a single game before they got destroyed. Yet, they were in the days when arty was not nerfed, its turret could easily get pened and get huge amount of damage.
For autoloaders, the french ones can run from dangerous frontline whenever they fire up a full mag, while WT can't. With its gun loaded, you are a beast; with its gun loading, you are nothing, can't even escape from danger.
I still don't think it was that OP back in the days. It got deleted just because it's not good or suitable for the pace of this game. You load a full gold magazine, pop out, autoaim and clip a very experienced player from full health to zero real quick, if he did not predict you were there, and then get killed same quick as him. That's not what the game is meant to be.

People whining about this tank just suck. It has no camo, no armor, is slow and tall/large so you cannot hide well and can get sniped over cover. Gun is good, intraclip is good and dmg is good. But your reload is a minute long...compared to the chieftain, minotauro, auto reloaders etc. this tank is balanced.
WT E100 sucks in today's meta. the youtube videos show where the opponents are bots and/or just genuinely bad players as opponents.
