- AHH! Back to school--my second semester of my first year of medical school! :) Very exciting. I had an extremely fun holiday break. I had the pleasure of traveling to New York City to meet some of my NY Herd. I had such a fun time; however, it's back to the grind. I was incredibly productive this week! Lots of studying + gym activity!

I would love to hear about how you decided you wanted to go to medical school! I think I want to apply to physical therapy programs when I finish my undergrad but sometimes I get nervous about putting all the time, effort and money into applying to graduate schools and then possibly not liking the program I’m in.

I'm still in undergrad and taking Anatomy II right now. We're going over the heart and just learned about like the action potentials in cardiomyocytes and all that good stuff. It's so confusing! :/ I love watching your videos, they motivate me to keep studying!

Instead of hitting the gym, I try to run up and down the stairs at my med school library for 5 min every 1 to 1.5 hours and do push ups in the stairwell. Keeps those 45 lb weights from smashing my shins.
What premed course did you and gage take? Very curious because I'm trying to decide which one to take myself.

Marija Barbarić i means there’s not much she can say... she’s in medical school. i’m sure she’s just writing down what they’ve learned in class .. a.k.a. the lecture slides & anything important the teacher says.
She’s obviously not writing every single word down and that’s when I want to know how does she know what’s important and what’s not and so on..
Marija Barbarić well it’s no different than in undergrad. Obviously as the class goes on you learn to adapt. U learn to decipher what’s important & whats not. Honestly y’all in the comments ask ridiculous questions instead of doing research
