No clue why people are saying "cutting". If they're referring to the cutscene skipping, then yes, it's supposed to look as sudden and instantaneous as it does (yes, even when there's what looks like sudden cuts during boss fights, they all have cutscenes about halfway through their health).
@@tapioca2k It looks like these guys have not played the game. They seem to be talking about pressing start to skip trigger event. Badass run though got it on sale very much worth it
