Anthony Joshua strength and conditioning training video footage. Fightology. "The Fight Science". Music from CZcams Audio Library. #anthonyjoshua #joshua #boxing
If you’ve ever see videos about boxing strength and conditioning. Many of pro boxers have guys that pick up the ball for them. I believe they ain’t lazy but it just for some specific purpose so that they can only focus on the movements that they need. Im not a boxer or trainer but just a guy who likes going to gym. So no drama
Because picking up the ball throws your focus off, it’s hard to focus on power and speed when you constantly have to pick up the ball that lands up in different places, it messes up your rhythm and it slows you down. Obviously they want his training to be as efficient as possible, picking up the ball will only ruin the results.

I is🧐 going to incorporate a lot of these exercises into my recovery regimen 👍👏bruh big up to AJ 💥💥💥
It’s funny that those who complained on AJ’s training style usually are those who probably never stepped into the rings before 😂
strength and conditioning is he must want
Great video thanks
Can he train on how to take punches? Remember is not how hard you can hit but how much you can take and keep moving forward.
That’s what the neck training is for
@@arniemargretts8311 wishing him the very best
Bro, that’s a quote on life from a rocky movie and the quote isn’t even about fighting
As long as angel fernandes is not there AJ is winning all time 😊
Decent
God training
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 Hope AJ will win D.W. and Tyson F. End his way after.
I think the fact he has someone pick the ball up for him is kind of lazy
You try the life of a professional boxer you’d quit in a day
Why don't try to follow his training routine. So easy to comment something stupid.
