- I recorded this a couple weeks back but never posted because I felt like the audio was really bad but I still feel like you guys would enjoy it. This album deserves more than one listen for me it wasn't a album I would like fully on the first listen but this album ages like wine and so does most of their albums. Hope you guys enjpyed leave and like and subscribe if you did!!!

This the type of album tht needs more than one listen it really ages like wine they experimented and delivered with this one

An often overlooked but good floyd album is "obscured by clouds". First two tracks are instrumentals, but it has some good songs on it and worth checking out if you want to hear more stuff by them.

The way I see it, when Syd was in the band they were _The_ Pink Floyd. After he left, they lost the "the."

The first 3 Pink Floyd albums were produced for the EMI Columbia label and, probably, for them there is a different policy on CZcams than that of Harwest for which the following albums were produced until the exit of Roger Waters from the group.

Again thanks for playing Long Playing as it was then. This however was not a concept album.
Why did you listen to a "mono" version that was produced for radio at the time? The P.F. group was among the first, with the Beatles, to explore the possibilities of "stereo", and then of quadraphony. You missed something very interesting!
Do not forget that in 1967 the Apollo program had not yet brought man to the moon ... and that until the end of 1968 LSD was a pharmaceutical product in free prescription and purchase.
If you get the time , please do the Roger Waters solo album The Pros & Cons of Hitch Hiking . It was written around the time of The Wall and is a concept album that I think u may enjoy figuring out as you listen along . Clapton plays killer guitar on it too .
