Mines fluttering and i dont want it to. Any ideas why it would flutter? Its got an air intake, dpf delete and a stage 1 map
It’s a diesel, it doesn’t have a waste gate, if your turbo veins are not opening fast enough to handle the amount of boost your turbo is making to slow the compressor wheel down (causing surge) then you maybe need to adjust the turbo

If you have VCDS you can turn it into a mute button. There's directions online to do it

Where did the source the turbo? And what manifold? This is sick. Do I need a custom intake like you to run the turbo lol.. stock injectors?
Stock injectors, I believe you can run a stock intake. Malone stage 4 manifold, and Darkside 2872
You running a cp3 pump? And any mods to cylinder head like 77lb valve springs or cams?
Cp3 yes, haven’t done any valve work, mechanical components are all stock for now!

How do you feel reliability wise, I'm gunna be towing a 1600lb camper around the country and would be cool to have a tad more mpgs and power. Don't really need it but would be cool!
Jeez uhhhh my setup is definitely not one to gauge for a trailer because I drive HARD all the time. That being said I have not done any major damage to any driving components. Biggest thing to worry about is the oil does get HOT with a turbo this big, so upgraded oil cooling maybe something to consider!

Yeah I would say the same, deleting it and going with a stage 1 or something might help a bit!
