I usually hate ANYONE doing a cover of the Beatles - they were my favourite band , until Oasis - but I really LOVE Noel and Liam singing Beatles songs. They do them justice every time. And I love this version just as much as the original Lennon version. Noel Gallagher is an amazing talent!
Intresting to hear the song undressed both to understand the amazing job the Beatles did with thier sound and how complex Strawberry is musically and lyrically.
The Beatles last performed in 66, apart form the roof top apple gig in 69. So it's good to hear I am a Walrus, and Strawberry Fields live done like this. I reckon the Beatles would be great at covering Oasis as well..:-)

Nah, Oasis wanted to be The Beatles so bad. It's not hard to get to the top if you're going to copy the masters. What is difficult is to remain at the top.
