Interesting to see how the cabling was run across the floor and then covered in cement. I assume that finished effect will be to build up all of the surrounding floor with cement (I guess) and then top with tile. Levelling out the floor of the room.

I'd probably do 1 large bedroom on the main level. With a walk in closet and maybe private sitting room or office/den. Then make the upstairs with exposed beams the actual lounge with access to the terrace fir entertaining.

This is not a question they would be able to answer as there are so many variables at play here. Some figures I've seen thrown out for a total renovation are €500 - €700 per sq meter. Edited: since this is not a total renovation, you can adjust down.

Sorry about this there was a huge 2nd floor apartment one to left side and one to right side of building that ye showed perhaps 6 mounts ago or more it was very old needed a lot of work but had huge rooms and you could walk from one room to next with interior door. I just can’t find this video anymore do you know which one I am talking about I think it’s was over €100,000.00
