The recipe is "Candy Sugar"
Sugar - 200 g
Water - 50 g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cook caramel until 150C and test on a solid ball in water.
I pour the lollipops on a Teflon or silicone Mat. You can use parchment paper, but be sure to grease it well with vegetable oil.

This reminds of my childhood 😍 my mom used to make it all the time as she prepared her sugaring paste. She always kept some aside to make lollipops for my sister and I.

@@jooki69 frist put 2 cup water 💦,put 2 and half cup sugar and keep boiling it till it become yellow gold colour and take little bit of it and put it into water cup and if it is harden u are done to go 👍
