I’m a new dad, I moved from Tampa to Santa Clara a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home there, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? Looks like NVDA, TSM and AMD and AVGO are strong buys this week.
it’s a personal decision, but according to Forbes, housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai, energy and big pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ, ASML, MLM and S&P 500 ETFs.

Honestly, this concerns me and has left me uneasy. Especially this potential depression, no more a recession. I'm unsure about my $130K account strategy, considering the uncertainty of this whole recession mostly.

Was thinking the same thing. To think he gets paid big money for his investment insights.
I mean he’s not saying it directly, but I think he’s implying it will be a good trade until earnings show any sign of winding down their huge quarterly growth percentages sequentially. That’s going to be the signal the institutional investors use to get out early, they’ve been saying it (indirectly) on this channel for months now. This is just something that we probably won’t see for potentially over a year or more from now though, especially from Nvidia given Blackwell is just starting to hit the market and they’re already readying the next iteration. This is also why Nvidia keeps going up, the institutions have to participate and they know this run is going to go longer than people expect.

Thank you for your videos mate.. The market is very unstable and you can not tell If it's going bearish or bullish. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses.When these reports are bullish take some off to the side lines, when news gets bearish start buying. "Keep it simple simple" that bear/ correction was the best thing that happened me. But all thanks to Craig Reeder. for his amazing skills for helping me to earn 18.6 Btc through trading chart. I believe we are in the spring phase..
